How do I check availability and book?
You can check live availability and book directly through our online calendar and booking form. For stays of 7+ nights or multiple apartments, you’re also welcome to contact us for a tailored arrangement.

Can I book a specific apartment?
Yes. Each apartment has its own page where you can view details and, once our provider has completed the setup, book that specific unit directly. In the meantime, you can mention your preferred apartment in your booking notes and we’ll do our best to accommodate it, subject to availability.

Is there a minimum stay?
We welcome both short stays and longer visits. Minimum stay requirements may vary by date and rate – you’ll see this clearly when you select your dates in the booking calendar.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in and check-out times are shown on your booking confirmation. If you need different times, please contact us before arrival and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

How do I check in?
Bicester Court Lodge operates self check-in. You’ll receive clear instructions and your access details before arrival, so you can arrive at a time that suits you within the check-in window.

Do you allow pets?
Pets are not generally permitted at Bicester Court Lodge. If you have a specific request, please contact us before booking.
